Actually, I&#039;m one of the people who liked your facebook post and so glad that you shared the recipe here. My favourite bread is ciabatta that I make with rye flour. You have to prepare the starter overnight, which is the reason why your bread never fails. Your own recipe is simple but very very good. I always put 1tbsp of honey or sugar in the dough so that my loaves get a nice golden colour but it&#039;s a matter of personal taste. When I&#039;m short of time, I like making Irish soda bread (which you also shared here). It&#039;s much better than baking powder-raised quickbreads. HAVE A GOOD TIME!]]></description>
