I’m quite sure you can get it in the US, you can buy shredded suet (atora is just one brand) or you can ask for suet at your butchers. This requires some work (I tell you how in my book) but it works. There really isn’t a way around suet I’m afraid. With butter it’s a cake not a pudding. British shops will sell suet for sure, and online you can find just about everything. I can’t get it in Belgium either without driving for an hour, but I either order it online, or bring a truckload back from the UK 😉 Some organic shops sell it too, which is great as it will come from a better source. Especially where veggie suet is concerned, as it is usually made from palm oil. Hope you’ll be able to find it!
