					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for such a wonderful recipe! The spice blend is perfect for any spiced bun recipe, we often make these for breakfast teacakes (without the cross, of course!) This morning we’ve made the dough again with the intention of make cinnamon rolls... 
Do not be discouraged if you don’t have a mixer or bread machine, we only bake by hand (batches of half a dozen loaves every few weeks) and the only addition to this recipe is about a cup of extra flour so it isn’t too wet to handle. When you first mix the dough it is actually a batter, simply leave to autolyse for five minutes then add enough flour to make a very soft dough, it will be tacky but not sticky or wet. It’s a pleasure to work with.
