We then traveled onwards to Dartmouth for a fantastic week..
So thank you for your excellent guide! Before I found it I had started doubting if travelling without a car was a good idea at all, as all I read on Dartmoor tourism was car-based.

I’ve just read your article about your trip to Dartmoor. As I’m reading Agatha Christies “Murder at Hazelmoorw” at the moment, which takes place in the fictional village Hazelmoor – 10 miles from Exeter – I somehow fell in love with this region. I’ve only been to England once but as I’m a great admirer of Agatha Christie and her books, it is one of my greatest wishes to do an “Agatha Christie Tour” around the island. Your article gave me a close look at the Dartmoor region, the photos you took are beautiful and now I want to visit this place even more <3
Thanks for that!
Miriam
P.S.: Do you know anything that somehow seems like a Agatha Christie Tour in England? I'd like to travel some of the places where her books take place and be guided by someone who knows the stories and who can give some further information. I've been to London last year in September but I couldn't find out anything at the tourist center, but a two-day tour visiting her birthplace and grave…
