Britain since E Davis has actually started to cook and take an interest I. What it puts in its mouth. I worked in a large hotel in Knightsbridge in the 60s. No avocados and Irish stew was brakes lamb cutlets in a fine pureed potato sauce with beautifully turned vegetables I doubt if any Irish diner would have recognised it. So if we can just persaud people away from the cookery programs…..
